Please measure to be sure you get what you are needing if you are already dealing with an injury to be sure these sizes will work for you. We go by the length of the leg from the knee down to the bottom of the foot, the width of the foot, and the length of the foot. This pack is made to cover the growing stages from hatching to a medium-sized duck or chicken but please measure if you have a full-grown with an injury to ensure this pack has what you need and if not check out our other listing to find the one you need or message us and ask and we will help you pick the right one.
We are finally listing our duck/chicken/turkey and other types of bird splints in a pack of 5. These sizes fit most. This pack includes 2 chick splints, a small splint, a medium splint, and a large splint.
Dimension size's are:
1"x1"x1" -Chick splint (x2)
1.5"x1.5"x1.5"-Small splint (x1)
2.0"x2.0"x2.0"-Medium splint(x1)
2.5"x2.5"x2.5"-Large splints (x1)
These splints are designed to help with broken feet, curled toes, tendon issues, arthritis's from old age, and to just help brace the leg and foot for the quick-growing breeds that are known to have leg and feet issues from genetics.
We recently experienced one of our ducks with a broken foot and that's how we came to create this! We understand the daily farm life struggles and are here to help! We recommend that you purchase our set before you stuck waiting on it in the mail. These are crazy times and we ship fast but as you know the mail carriers have been busy.
The standard color we print these in is gray but don't be surprised if you receive one or two or even a whole pack in a different color! Our kids are learning how to print and they call the shots on what color to run. :)
